At SecretFit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible products that are:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties and underwear
- Opened lingerie sets
- Intimate wear that has been tried on or worn
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for a different size or replacement item, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
